To my knowledge, Heikin-ashi charts cannot be plotted in MetaStock. I believe there is a Plug-in for MetaStock available for ca US$90 available from: http://www.educofin.com/

I use Amibroker these days and this has native ability to plot Heikin-ashi charts.
