My apologies to this board. NEAT is the very small aperture terminal (VSAT) software, which NSE (Indian National Stock Exchange) members use to execute trades real time.

 

It is pertaining only to the Indian National Stock Exchange, and has nothing to do with the rest of the world, unless you are interested in investing in India.
