It's the lowest value of the bandwidth for the last P3 days. It's used in
the Squeeze analysis - the theory is that there is likely to be a strong
directional move once the price breaks out of the narrowest bandwidth in,
say, 6 months. Like all theories, it's tricky to apply in practice.
