I want to find the the following
1)3 consecutive lower closes
2)yesterdays close to be inside bar(4rth bar)
3)todays breakout bar is ouside bar to lastbar and its high is
greater than previous 2 bars high .(5 th bar)
I have tried to code the following but not working really
a=Ref(C,-1)< Ref(C,-2);
b=MA(a,3,S)=4;// signifies yday C< day before ydays close and so on
till last 4 closes
Ref(L,-1)>Ref(L,-2) AND Ref(H,-1)<Ref(H,-2) OR
H> Ref(H,-2) AND L<Ref(L,-1);//this preceding bar is insideday() bar
or breakout bar is ouside() to inside bar
d=H>Ref(H,-1) AND Ref(H,-2);//sinifies a breakout
Filter=a AND b AND c;
Suggestions to code it properly is welcomed ,please.
