[Metastockusers] Thinking of buying meta stock.. your opinions please

New to Share dealing, thinking of buying Metastock 9

Just wondered what current users thought of this Software, and 
would they reconmend it?

Is there any part of the program that will allow me to PAPER 
trade. (for example a Simulator ?)
