I'm a relatively new user of Metastock. I'm trying to write a
system that signals trades in the qqq based on the behavior of a
volatility index in relation to bollinger bands. While I understand
how to establish parameters for the BB, I can't figure out how to
reference the volatility index in my system to trade the qqq. For
example - I want to say buy the qqq when the vol index hits the
upper bol band.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
