[Metastockusers] Moving all settings to Laptop Computer

I have set up my defaults, favourites, new Indicators, 
Explorations,Charts etc over the last many weeks. On my trusty old 
desktop MS Ver 9 EOD.

I now have a new Notepad on which I have installed Metastock 9 "Out 
of the Box"

The help is scant with info on copying all my work accross. Others 
must have done this often and hopefully can point to a good process 
easier than copying the half Gigabyte Equis folder.

I have organised my Database EOD and need the user files added and 
updated.

Finally keeping both up to date and synchronized?
