[EquisMetaStock Group] Martin Prings breaking the black box formula

Does anyone have the metastock formula for Martin Prings moving 
average adn price oscillator (p. 125 breaking the black box).
You buy when the price crosses the 10 day MA and sell when crosses 
the 10 ma or if crosses the 0 price oscillator line.
