Andy Abraham developed it for tradestation. I don't think it's around
anymore.

If you want some really hot trend analysis indicators, read Roy's
newsletter. He's got a series on building a noise elimination filter
that I use everyday. In the process he covers the Q and B indicators
which are two of the best trend measuring indicators I've used.
