Hi Dennis,
You almost had it just writing it out. Here it is:
Mov(V,90,S) > 1000000
AND
Mov(Volume,5,S) > 1000000
You could easily implement this into an expert and light up the bars when
the parameters are met. You can use either "V" or "Volume" to specify
volume for the period you are using.
