I'm new to metastock and would appreciate assistance on how to
approach the following:
How can I display several stocks on a single chart such that the
relative movement of each stock is shown as relative percentage rise
or fall rather than absolute price. In other words, the horzontial
axis would be time, while the vertical axis would be percentage
movement from the left most point on the chart.
My thought is to show relative performance of multiple issues on a
single chart, and, to be able to change the presentation from day to
day without having a complex rebuilding process. It's an effort to
follow sectors (ETFs) and determine the best and worst performers
over time.
If I should succeed in developing a workable method, I would then be
interested in how to go about running a system test --- but, first
things first.
Thanks, Leo
