You could 'hide' the plot if the conditionis not met.
You'd have to change your formula to
IF(V>=MOV(V,20,E),HHV(C,3),C).
Instead of Close you can use anything between High and Low.Now your
plot is within the bars range.
Try if this is of use for your problem.
