If I understand you correctly, all you want is what you have in colA.
Delete your entries in colB and Filter, and rerun. This will give you
a +1 signal EVERY time the 10 day moves above the 20 day, and a 0 on
every other date.
After you run the Exploration, highlight a stock, and select the
Inspect button. This is a cronological listing of every date the stock
was tested, and the result. Look for the earliest date which has a
"1", and you have your answer.
