I made a trial of Hyper Trader Smart Downloader (http://www.hypertrader.it)
It seems capable of downloading at least 320 symbols per minute from Yahoo.
I didn't measure the time it took Equis Downloader thereafter to write the
data in the Metastock database, however this was quite fast. Total for 3500
symbols estimated between 15-20 minutes.
( 3.3 Mbps Adsl line, PIII 800 256 MB RAM 80 GB HD XP Pro)
