My site has it
available. To get the most current file (updated daily) you will need to
subscribe, but there is no cost for that. Once logged in, click on "Data
Downloads" in the left hand column and then under MetaStock Text Files, click on
"Menu Of Index Files". That will bring up the download page you
need. Scroll down to the section "Index/ETF Price History With Total
Component Volume" and click on on the NYSE Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or
Quarterly download you want. MetaStock headers are already in the files,
so just use the Downloader's Convert function to import (no additional
setup). Includes the price history in addition to the total exchange
volume.

In the future, you
can put a shortcut to the file on your desktop and download the file directly
without all the navigating around the site.
