[EquisMetaStock Group] Help for formula

I wanted to write formula which will count no of days
between last trend changed to current trend changed

For example suppose in a security up trend is changed
from say 21-5-04 and downtrend started from 22-5-04
and there after again the down trend changed from say
21-6-04 and uptrend started from 22-6-04 ie
The no of days elapsed for down trend change is 30 

Now I want to count no of days for all the securites
after getting this formula I will try to write an
exploration
