[EquisMetaStock Group] Need formula for MA5 crossover to MA 20

I need a favor from some of you. 
 
I need a formula that i can included in to the metastock explorer. The formula that i need is when Moving average for 5 days ( exponential) crossover Moving average for 20 days(exponential)
