A composite of just two stocks is not really helpful,
unless of course you can make composites of
composites, but I guess that will not be possible.
It's a pity, but in some ways MS4.5 for dos was
simpler, easier to use and more helpful.

Yes you can create as many composites as you want, but
each composite
can
only consist of 2 securities.
