Try this:
Delete the program using the Add/remove
feature in the settings window, or software like cleansweep. Next remove all
the artifacts in the V7 folder.
Next reload the program.
If this doesn’t work, write me
privately.

purchased Metastock Ver 7.2 from a person who was going for an upgrade. I think
I am not entitled to support as this kind of sale is not recongized by
Equis.
