The information is in the online help underline studies.
You have to install the tool bars that are usually placed on the right or
left side of the screen. One of the buttons is a vertical line, when you
click on this button it replaces the arrow mouse pointer. Move the line to
wherever you want to install it, left click on the mouse and there it is.
The inclined line button is for drawing trend lines
