Sorry folks . .
. ignore the post below; it won't work because you can only merge
identical tickers.

I haven't tested
this procedure, however logic says that it should do what you
want:
<SPAN
class=837413417-09072004>
<SPAN
class=837413417-09072004>1.0 Export a single day of data
from your existing data file(s) to Excel format
<SPAN
class=837413417-09072004>2.0 Use Excel's Find and Replace
function and wildcards (**) to add whatever you want at the end of each
ticker
<SPAN
class=837413417-09072004>3.0 Save the data file and Convert
it using the Downloader to a new folder; this will create a new data file with
all of your tickers and only one day's data
<SPAN
class=837413417-09072004>4.0 Use the Merge function of the
Downloader to merge the old data file with the new and select the correct
option to Keep the source data
<SPAN
class=837413417-09072004>
You may run into
problems with date formats between your original Excel file and the file that
the Downloader expects to see; personally, I would add an additional step of
formatting the date as yyyymmdd in Excel, saving it as a .csv file, opening it
in Word and saving as a .txt file. I have found this to be a fairly
bulletproof way of avoiding some of the date format issues, but it is a little
long-winded.

Good luck and good
trading,

adding at the of eachone a spesific ending(the same for all) with one
