Thanks. That's a help.
What I want to do is to backtest and tweek a trading system. I was
programming my trading systems into mql and one of them looked as tho
it would work better on stocks and futures.
I have MS and prefer it for trading, but I'd stopped subscribing to
eSignal to cut costs. I'll sign up with them tomorrow.
What would help me is a simple "sample backtest" for MS. A 2MA
crossover system that's set up to be backtested, for example. That
way I can replace the idicators there with the indicators I want to
use, and I'm up-and-running instantly. Watching the backtest unfold
step-by-step was a feature of MS that I always liked.
