[EquisMetaStock Group] system tester on 3 line break

Does anyone know how to build a system tester and/or expert formula 
that does a system test or plots arrows for when the stochRSI(14) 
crosses over (and under - the opposite as well) a Williams%R(14) and 
to show it using a price style of a 3 line break. I haven't been 
able to make it work on this kind of chart. Thanks in advance. Char
