[EquisMetaStock Group] any1 have the ideal filter to filter out the sotcks for entry?

hallo, i have tried to figure out what kind of filter that can really 
search for stocks that generates the entry signal..

eg.. cross 20 moving average with high volume?

can any 1 help here?
