AL,
I always think of you as A1, and that's why the
typo.
And as far as the MS shortcomings are concerned,
bummer.

  Fibonacci retracement

  Hi Dusant,

That is ridiculous!  Other softwares allow you to change and
store values permanently....any idea on how to write indicators for
retracement values?  One example would suffice so that I can do the same
  for the rest.

  Many thanksAl
P.S...Dusant, my name is "AL" not A1........A1 is a steak sauce

    A1,
    Not possible. :)
You can of course, write an indicator, which
will allow you to plot any values you want.

      Fibonacci retracement

I have a simple problem but one which escapes me.  I simply want
to add and permanently save additional retracements/expansions to the
fibonacci retracements but it won't do so.

I simply went to "insert" and "fibonacci retracements" and clicked
the lines on a chart and then right clicked on those lines and added a few
more numbers and then 'apply" and "ok".  When I came back to this
chart or to any other chart, these settings were not saved.

How can I permanently save these new values for EVERY chart that I
      bring up?

      Thanks in advance,
      Al
