[EquisMetaStock Group] "Cancelled - Open Cost" event in Enhanced System Test

Hi,

I wrote a system test and during the simulation some enter signals 
are canceled with a "Cancelled - Open Cost" event reported in the 
Orders report (see below).
I didnīt find any description on this event in the help and in the 
MS8 manual.
Can any of you explain this event? And how to avoiid it??
