This should do it. It's what I have imbedded in my default template so every chart opens with it.
You'll need to set style and colour for each plot. Delete the moving average or no-change yellow if
you don't want them.
Red:=(C<Ref(C,-1))*V;
Green:=(C>Ref(C,-1))*V;
Yellow:=(C=Ref(C,-1))*V;
Red;
Green;
Yellow;
Mov(V,10,E);
