I certainly believe in the PrintScreen Button to clipboard, but I've tried
several photo editors and for me, MS Word is by far the simplest and easiest way
to go. MS Word has built in graphic capabilities, but you really don't
need to make any adjustments other than size, and Word handles that very nicely
by letting you drag the corner to whatever size you wish. And lastly, once
you're finished you are email ready - you can compose your email in Word
and copy it to your email program.
Different techniques are what make the world go round. <IMG

Use the PrintScreen Button. This will copy your
screen to the clipboard. If you have MS Office on your system, then you can use
the MS Photo Editor to paste and crop the pic and save it as a PNG file. This
format optimally compresses the picture without losing quality. At the same time
the file size is very bandwidth friendly.
If you do not have MS Photo Editor, depending on
the version of your Windows, there is the canned Kodak Photo Editor. You can
copy it into that programme, and do your cropping bit and then save it as a JPG,
or Tiff.
