Use the PrintScreen Button. This will copy your
screen to the clipboard. If you have MS Office on your system, then you can use
the MS Photo Editor to paste and crop the pic and save it as a PNG file. This
format optimally compresses the picture without losing quality. At the same time
the file size is very bandwidth friendly.
If you do not have MS Photo Editor, depending on
the version of your Windows, there is the canned Kodak Photo Editor. You can
copy it into that programme, and do your cropping bit and then save it as a JPG,
or Tiff.
