Take it from someone who was in your shoes
a few years ago;
Open the program. Then open the User’s
Manual. As you go page by page, experiment with what you read.
After you know how to set up a chart with
indicators you like, etc, then you can delve into Explorations, System Tests
and Expert Advisors.
But first learn the basics.
