I think your problem also is the SmartCharts. Delete all the smart charts in the MSSmart folders. May be, your problem will be solved.

Hello,
I need some help.
I was re-installing Metastock and everything went perfectly till I wanted to change the chart options. Originally, I remember Dusant mentioning that I should change the options to a large number and this way I could view the entire chart by moving the bar left or right.
I went to FILE -NEW -CHART - OPTIONS - LOAD OPTIONS
and then changed the values but now I can't access my 5 minute chart. Everytime I click on the 5 minute chart I get a blank screen followed by a message "mswin has encountered a problem and needs to close"....I know that the data is in the downloader but I can't seem to access it.
Any suggestions?
