Frank,
If you are getting the data through the Downloader, the volume data is truncated by a factor of 100, or two zeros. This is called local data. If you are using the online data or data on demand in MetaStock, that volume data is not truncated like the Downloader. Just remember that if the Downloader got the data, to mentally add two zeros to the volume figure and if doing formulas on the volume local data and you are looking for a true volume of 1,000,000, then your formula must look for 10,000
