which consolidates several interbank trading desks shows:

color=#0000ff size=2>Therefore the "open" of 17 Mar 2003 is
108.73

color=#0000ff size=2>That being said, the gaps are so miniscule (usually only a
few pips on the majors) so such gaps aren't worth worrying
about.
