Does anybody have an opinion on the following link and if their products work?

They apparently allow a user to import real time data into Metastock automatically and I have not received a reply from them.   Has anybody tried them in conjunction with a DDE feed?  Furthermore, has anybody had success importing data from a qcjforex feed  into Metastock 8.0?
