[Metastockusers] cpu usage goes to 100 percent when downloading R.T.D.

Does anyone have a solution to the problem of cpu usage going to 
100% when using RTQDOWNLOADER FOR REAL TIME DATA?  I have an intel 
pentium 4, 1400MHz and 256k ram.  I've tried enlarging cache etc but 
to no avail.
