Yes, this is a problem.  It would take too long for me to code a 
folder-recursive routine, so it's best to move all the A-Z *.txt data 
into the main Import folder.  I'd better add this to the doc.

Try moving all *.txt data files in ../Import/A~Z folders to the main 
import folder, and let me know how it goes.
