Whether it's small gains or small losses, in a consolidating market, Fibmaster's use of TRSI and the 3x3 (3 period moving average displaced 3 periods forward)locks in small gains or losses. This week we closed PLXS and INTC for small gains thanks to TRSI and the 3x3!
