Hi Joe,
When i was under Windows 98 SE , I haven't this problem.
Now , i have install all the update on XP PRO (SP1 and other update)
and the problem is the same : "THE DAL CAN'T OPEN","MSWIN.EXE ...
And the problem is like you : not regular.
I wait one week (because sometimes windows repair after some open -
close ) and after I delete XP and I install W98SE on my HDD like
before.
