[EquisMetaStock Group] Data Transformation / Pre-processing

Hi folks.

Does anyone know of an application that can make custom indices, sum volume
for multiple instruments etc. while producing output accessible by MetaStock
and other applications reading MetaStock format data preferrably in the form
of new instrument data?
