[EquisMetaStock Group] DAT file and MDW file

i have 2 questions

a) is anyone use metaquote to download EOD prices from Yahoo, do you
encounter any problems on the date and HI-LOW-CLOSE mis-match?


b) i split my stock list into 2 different directories, 
one contains DAT and generated MDW files while the other doesn't have
any MDW file.
is it normal to have such files?
