Not sure if you are referring to the Y Scale itself, or the price bar, but by creating an Expert you can Highlight individual price bars with the color of your choice. There is a Highlight tab in the Expert to do this. It will not highlight an indicator, but you can also add graphic symbols within the same Expert. It is quite flexible.
