[Metastockusers] how to plot congestion/support/resistance lines automatic ?

again and the last ( i hope ) - 

i hava a tradingrange - and want to plot a new range 25 % above and 
another one 25%  - each of the range itself automatic. is there any 
formula for this system possible ?
