JD, my best recommendation is contact support, I'm sure they WILL be
able to assist you.
Haven't used the setup myself but did try their Advanced Get
converter which after many emails between us, they helped me to get
working.
Natalia and Robert appear to offer unlimited assistance/support even
with the free converters.
Please post the solution to the problem you are experiencing once
