Both work as volume and accumulation indicators and some what as 
trend indicators (trend change not trend strength), but you will find 
that one will work better on one group of stocks and the other will 
better on another group of stocks. Then there's the issue of 
optimization.

Read about them on the internet. Read every article you can find so 
you can see the various ways people use them and along with the 
drawbacks. You can also read my reviews of ICE. It is good for 
testing those two indicators.
