2 standart deviation ploted with/arround
an average of data in a bell shaped normal
distribution will encompass 95% of data
(66% for 1 stdev, 99+% for 3)
but, prices usually don't exihibit normal distribution
and the average used is a moving one, not a fixed
tests have shown on stock data with a somewhat
constant volatility it encompasses up to 85%
but this is something of an ideal case
