I also had the same problem and increasing the number to 50,000, as Equis
suggested, did not solve the problem.

I kept a backup of the original file and whenever I need to discard the
results I simply copy the backup to original MS directory. When I included
a new system tester that I want to keep I updated the backup before run
the system tester.

A possible option is to open the file with Access XP version to delete the
registers. However, I did not have time to check if it would produce any
problem with the system tester.
