RED:=If((Ref(C,-1)>C),V,0);
Red;
Green:=If((Ref(C,-1)<C) ,V,0);
Green;
Yellow:=If((Ref(C,-1)=C) ,V,0);
Yellow;
Plot each of the lines as a histogram and color as labled.
Up is green, down is red, unchanged is yellow.
