Rest assured that I monitor this site very closely for spam! If I had
thought this was spam it would have been deleted and its sender
banned. In this case I belive the intent of the message is well
defined in message #8143:

Return also to the original message #8129 and to #8130. You'll notice
that I sent message #8130.
At the very best this might have been construed as commercialism
(which I also monitor for) but it is not even that. It is simply a
program user who is obviously happy with a program that he is using
to obtain information and save himself some money. I saw this simply
as an attempt to pass along that information to others.
