[Metastockusers] Re: converting ASCII data

the following ASCII data is wheat continuous  
wxnc  which i'm having trouble with and would like some advice on how to 
use it/ convert it .

all my data files are in Metastock format 
for ease of use across different programs.
Advanced Get reads Ascii but I  can't get it 
to "see" these data files and  Metastock 7 won't read ASCII anyway  so 
i've been trying to convert it with the Downloader, i've been using it for years 
and never had much problem before but am getting very frustrated 
here. 
I put the column headers on top as required by the 
Downloader --  have tried it with and without a Ticker placed in front but 
no luck so far. the Downloader "sees" the .txt files but  keep on saying " 
too many errors etc"
does anyone have any ideas what the problem may be 
?
