I have attached to this message an Excel sheet with the Tickers and names
each in their own columns.

The easiest way I know to insert a lot of symbols into the Downloader or
MetaStock is to create a .sym file with the format of company,symbol,N/A,0,0
(e.g. Apple Computer Inc,AAPL,N/A,0,0). So I guess I need the name and symbol
in a file that I can edit or use to create an ASCII file, unless the MetaStock
symbol list has the ability to define the R2K list.
I have done this in a spreadsheet and then export it as a comma delimited
.csv file then change the extension to .sym. Then use MetaStock or Downloader
to open the x.sym file I created and select all the stocks in the file. If
there is an easier way I would love to know what it is.
